QA & QC Supervisor

Job Summary 

QA & QC supervisor is responsible for ensuring the overall quality of the company, this includes creating, developing and implementation quality control procedures, conduct inspection and overseeing the work of QA & QC team members

He will Work closely with QHSSE director to manage all the QA & QC related matters.

JOB DESCRIPTION

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The QA & QC Supervisor is responsible for conducting the following tasks:

  • Create QA & QC management system for the company.
  • Managing the development and implementation of QMS
  • Monitor all operations that affect quality.
  • Ensure the requirements of the company QMS in accordance with ISO 9001
  • Ensure that all non-conformance issues are promptly investigated, corrective and preventive action are proposed / implemented and are quickly closed out.
  • Control of non- compliance
  • Ensure all legal standards are met.
  • Lead & Manage QA & QC team.
  • staff training
  • Ensure customers satisfaction is monitored / measured & improvement /corrective action taken for weak area.
  • Oversee inspection process.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all QA & QC activities.
  • Manage audit process to check level of compliance.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any equivalent.
  • 7-10 years of experience in QA & QC preferably in a relevant industry.
  • Sounds knowledge & experience in ISO quality management system.
  • Good knowledge in English.
  • Good knowledge of HSE related matters.
